With over 30 years of professional experience behind the mic, Timothy Joseph brings authority, warmth, and unmistakable character to every voiceover project. Known throughout Southern California as a trusted voice in music and radio, Timothy has been a fixture on the airwaves — curating and hosting The Local 949 on FM 94.9 from 2016 to 2021, and currently serving as the voice and curator of Loudspeaker on 91X since 2022.

His dynamic delivery and genuine presence have made him a go-to announcer for live events and broadcasts alike. From 2022 through 2025, Timothy was the official announcer for the San Diego Music Awards, and has lent his voice to major festivals and stages including X-Fest, Switchfoot Bro-Am, the Casbah, Adams Avenue Street Festival, and the North Park Music Festival.

Timothy has also voiced numerous advertising campaigns for XERA 91.1 FM (2022–2025), bringing clarity and confidence to brand messaging with a tone that’s both professional and approachable.
